(1)基于课题组特色无支撑制造工艺方法完成样件制造,依据悬空凝固熔池理论调整工艺参数确保制造稳定性;
(2)将360°圆周方向分为12组,更为细致的探究了送丝方向对精度的影响,这在过去并没有被研究过;
(3)针对金属丝材进入熔池对稳态产生的影响进行了详细的研究。
