ZenaTech加快AI无人机商业化,DaaS业务成为增长新引擎

人工智能、自动化和传感技术的应用,正在拓展无人机在数据采集、自动化作业和智能分析等商业场景中的应用空间。

近年来,ZenaTech持续发展人工智能无人机、无人机即服务(Drone-as-a-Service,简称DaaS)和企业级软件业务,推动相关技术在工程数据采集、农业生产、仓储管理、设施巡检和物业维护等领域落地。面向企业应用的智能无人机可以结合自主飞行、摄像系统、传感器和数据分析能力,完成信息采集、现场检查和重复性作业,并将采集的数据转化为图像、模型和分析结果。

自2017年以来,ZenaTech持续开展无人机设计、制造和软件研发,并通过旗下ZenaDrone形成了面向室内和室外作业场景的无人机产品组合。其中,IQ Quad主要面向工程现场和户外作业,可搭载高分辨率摄像头、激光雷达、多光谱和热成像传感器,用于现场信息采集、工程影像记录和三维建模;IQ Nano则主要应用于仓库、配送中心和工业设施,可通过条形码或RFID扫描,协助企业完成库存记录、货架检查和室内数据采集。

从无人机设备走向持续性 服务

为降低企业采用无人机技术的设备和运营门槛,ZenaTech正在发展DaaS业务。客户无需自行采购设备、组建专业团队或承担完整的系统维护成本,即可根据具体项目或服务周期使用相关服务,服务内容涵盖设备配置、专业人员、任务执行、数据采集和结果交付。

通过这一模式,ZenaTech将无人机和软件能力整合为面向不同商业场景的专业服务。对于企业客户而言,其购买的不仅是无人机设备,更是信息采集、库存盘点、农业作业、设施巡检和物业维护等具体工作成果。DaaS也使公司的业务从设备销售进一步延伸至持续性的服务收入。

收购扩大服务网络

除自主研发无人机产品外,ZenaTech还通过收购拥有现有客户、专业人员和行业经验的服务企业,加快DaaS业务扩张。完成收购后,公司在保留原有客户和服务能力的基础上,逐步将无人机、自动化数据采集和人工智能分析技术引入相关业务流程,为无人机技术的实际应用提供客户、团队和运营基础。

2025年,ZenaTech共完成20项收购,其中包括19家从事工程数据、设施巡检及相关专业服务的企业,以及一家企业软件公司。截至2026年6月,公司已完成第24项DaaS相关收购,业务范围进一步延伸至物业清洁、设施巡检和维护等领域。

通过技术研发和服务网络扩张,ZenaTech正在建立一套连接无人机硬件、人工智能软件和专业服务的业务体系,使相关技术能够进入更多实际商业场景。

DaaS成为主要收入来源

ZenaTech是一家在纳斯达克上市的科技企业。近年来,随着收购项目和服务网络不断扩大,DaaS业务在公司收入中的占比明显提升。

2025年,公司全年营收达到1290万加元,较2024年的约200万加元增长558%。其中,DaaS业务在首个完整运营年度贡献约1010万加元,占全年营收约78%。

2026年第一季度,ZenaTech营收进一步增至840万加元,较2025年同期的113万加元增长640%。其中,DaaS业务实现约780万加元收入,占当季总营收约93%,成为公司现阶段最主要的收入来源。

ZenaTech Accelerates AI Drone Commercialization as DaaS Emerges as a Key Growth Driver

The growing adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and sensor technologies is expanding the role of drones across commercial applications such as data collection, automated operations, and intelligent an alysis.

In recent years, ZenaTech has continued to develop its AI-powered drone, Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS), and enterprise software businesses, bringing these technologies into areas including engineering data collection, agriculture, warehouse management, facility inspection, and property maintenance. Designed for enterprise use, intelligent drones can combine autonomous flight, imaging systems, sensors, and data an alytics to perform information gathering, site inspections, and repetitive tasks, while converting collected data into images, models, and an alytical outputs.

Since 2017, ZenaTech has been developing drone design, manufacturing, and software capabilities. Through its ZenaDrone subsidiary, the company has established a portfolio of drone products for both indoor and outdoor applications. The IQ Quad is primarily designed for engineering sites and outdoor operations. It can be equipped with high-resolution cameras, LiDAR, multispectral sensors, and thermal imaging systems for site data collection, engineering imagery, and 3D modeling. The IQ Nano is intended mainly for warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities, where barcode and RFID scanning can support inventory records, shelf inspections, and indoor data collection.

Moving from Drone Equipment to Recurring Services

For enterprise customers, drone technology can support specific tasks such as information gathering, inventory checks, agricultural operations, and facility maintenance.

To reduce the equipment and operational barriers associated with adopting drone technology, ZenaTech is developing its DaaS business model. Customers can access drone services on a project-based or recurring basis without purchasing equipment, building an in-house specialist team, or assuming the full cost of system maintenance.

Services may include equipment configuration, trained personnel, mission execution, data collection, and delivery of results. Through this model, ZenaTech combines its drone and software capabilities into professional services for different commercial applications, while building recurring service revenue.

Acquisitions Expand Technology Applications and Service Networks

Alongside the development of its own drone products, ZenaTech has accelerated the expansion of its DaaS business by acquiring service companies with established customers, experienced personnel, and industry expertise.

Following an acquisition, the company can retain the acquired business's existing customers and service capabilities while gradually introducing drones, automated data collection, and AI-powered an alytics into its operations. This approach provides the DaaS business with established customer relationships, professional teams, and operational networks, creating a foundation for the integration of drone technology into existing workflows.

In 2025, ZenaTech completed 20 acquisitions, including 19 companies providing engineering data, facility inspection, and related professional services, as well as one enterprise software company. By June 2026, the company had completed its 24th DaaS-related acquisition and expanded its business into areas including property cleaning, facility inspection, and maintenance.

Through technology development and service network expansion, ZenaTech is integrating drone hardware, AI software, and professional services, enabling its technologies to enter a broader range of commercial applications.

DaaS Has Become the Company's Main Source of Revenue

As a Nasdaq-listed technology company, ZenaTech has reported financial results showing that DaaS is now making a significant contribution to its revenue.

In 2025, the company generated annual revenue of CAD 12.9 million, an increase of 558% from approximately CAD 2 million in 2024. DaaS contributed approximately CAD 10.1 million during its first full year of operations, accounting for around 78% of total annual revenue.

In the first quarter of 2026, ZenaTech's revenue increased to CAD 8.4 million, up 640% from CAD 1.13 million in the same period of 2025. DaaS generated approximately CAD 7.8 million, representing around 93% of quarterly revenue and making it the company's largest source of revenue at this stage.

In addition to its drone business, ZenaTech provides enterprise SaaS software and digital solutions for warehouse management, field services, and other commercial operations.

Based on the business developments disclosed to date, ZenaTech is using its DaaS model to combine drone products, software capabilities, and professional services, bringing these technologies into operational workflows across engineering data collection, agriculture, warehouse management, facility inspection, and property maintenance. The company's reported product developments, acquisitions, and financial results also show that DaaS is becoming an important part of its strategy to commercialize AI-powered drone technology.

航空发动机涡轮机匣在断叶冲击下的力学行为:修正J-C模型及W-K失效准则

一、 内容简介Inconel 718镍基高温合金因其优异的抗高温强度和热稳定性,被广泛用于航空发动机热端部件,如涡轮机匣、转子叶片、内环等。在叶片撞击涡轮机匣的过程中,材料可能同时承受拉伸、压缩、剪切等多种应力作用,而描述材料这种复杂应力状态下的力学响应,是提升仿真预测可靠性的关键。本文针对Inconel 718高温合金,提出了一个考虑应力状态、应变率和温度效应的MJC塑性模型和NWK失效准则用来描述材料的塑性流动和损伤行为。通过设计三组多种不同类型试验件,开展材料在不同加载条件下的力学性能测试。同时,采用反向迭代的方法建立试样的有限元模型,如图1所示,实现对材料模型参数的标定和优化。研究结果表明,Inconel 718合金的塑性流动对Lode参数较为敏感,而对应力三轴度则可以忽略不计;高温下材料的热软化行为呈现非线性特征。 图1. 不同试样的有限元模型 (a)SRB (b)NRB-R1.5(c)NRB-R2(d)NRB-R2.5(e)SH(f)PS (g)DTI利用LS-DYNA非线性有限元软件提供的二次开发接口进行用户自定子程序编写,并基于有限元方法对新提出的材料模型进行验证。通过开展高温弹道冲击试验和数值仿真模拟,对试验和仿真结果进行对比分析,如图2所示。可以看出,相较于传统的J-C模型,新模型能更准确地预Inconel 718合金在高温高速冲击下的塑性变形和冲塞失效。 图2.试验与仿真结果对比二、小结本研究聚焦于在发动机涡轮部件广泛应用的Inconle 718高温合金,提出了一种考虑应力状态、应变率与温度效应的MJC塑性模型与NWK失效准则,用以描述材料在动态冲击下的塑性变形和失效行为。通过对不同加载条件下的力学性能测试和反向迭代实现对模型参数的标定和优化,并经弹道冲击试验验证了新模型的有效性。研究成果可为航空发动机涡轮机匣的抗冲击设计与失效预测提供更为可靠和精准的数值工具和理论依据。原始文献:Cao, M., Zhang, C., Ren, T., Liu, Z., Du, B., Zhao, Z., Liu, J., Li, Y..
