近日,杭州和兴碳纤维科技有限公司年产350吨M级碳纤维项目顺利完成全流程试生产,展现出卓越的工艺控制与规模化生产能力,标志着和兴在高性能碳纤维领域迈入国际先进行列。Recently, Hangzhou Hexing Carbon Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed full-process trial production of its annual 350-ton M-grade carbon fiber project, demonstrating outstanding process control and large-scale production capabilities, marking Hexing’s entry into the international advanced ranks in the field of high-performance carbon fiber.元峻机械设备(浙江)有限公司为该项目提供了氧化炉、低温碳化炉、高温碳化炉及超高温石墨化炉等全线碳化设备,运行稳定高效,达到国际领先水平。其中,元峻量身打造的超高温石墨化炉一次性升温成功,功率输出稳定、能耗低,为和兴的高质量生产提供了坚实保障。试生产的M40J级碳纤维经国家权威检测,拉伸强度≥4400MPa、模量≥377GPa,产品性能达国际先进水平。这既是和兴技术实力的体现,也验证了元峻装备的百年技术积淀之下的先进性与可靠性。双方将以此为新起点,向T1000级、M50J级、M55J级等更高性能产品持续攀登。Onejoon (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. provided the project with a full line of carbonization equipment, including oxidation oven, low-temperature carbonization furnaces, high-temperature carbonization furnaces, and an ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace, all operating stably and efficiently, reaching internationally leading standards. Notably, the ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace custom-built by Onejoon achieved temperature in first time heating, with stable power output and low energy consumption, providing solid support for Hexing’s high-quality production. The M40J grade carbon fiber from trial production was tested by a national authoritative inspection agency, achieving tensile strength ≥4400MPa and tensile modulus ≥377GPa, reaching internationally advanced performance levels. This not only reflects Hexing’s technical strength but also validates the advancement and reliability of Onejoon’s equipment under its century-old technical heritage.
