RationalDMIS7.1 快速四面分中构建坐标系

主要应用于铜公(电极),模具等中心对称的工件。

路径:功能操作区

          坐标系——快速3-2-1创建坐标系——快速平分坐标系。

典型的3-2-1创建工件坐标系的步骤如下:

1、测量用于建立零件找正的几何特征,通常测量零件的一个平面

2、测量必要的其他几何特征,用来锁定零件的自由度

3、设为原点,建立坐标系,锁定工件

根据界面提示,在工件上相应的位置测点,然后按“添加/激活坐标系”按钮即可。

注意:一定要勾选创建元素:

用来创建新坐标系的测量点不需要存在数据库.默认情况下,新坐标系建立后它们就丢失掉了.但"创建元素"选项可以用来选择保存这些点.

当选中这个复选框后,就会创建出这些元素同时在自学习模式打开的情况下产生DMIS语句.产生的DMIS语句是可以重复运行的。

操作方法:

在平面上测量4个点,在矩形的每个边顺序各采2点;

坐标系说明:

Z轴:由4个测点确定的平面来确定;

X轴:由第一条边和第三条边的中分线来确定,X轴正方向由第一边上的第1测点到第2测点指向来定;

坐标系原点:Z原点在平面上,XY原点由相对的2边的平分线的交点来确定;
