第一届国际环境声学学术论坛通知
各有关单位：
为了搭建国内环境声学科技工作者交流的平台，同时借鉴国外优秀的噪声管理经验，北京声学学会联合欧洲声学学会噪声委员会，于 2022 年 12 月 8 日在线组织了第一届国际环境声学学术论坛。本次论坛主题是“落实噪声法·共建声环境”。论坛活动邀请了伦敦大学学院的康健教授、古斯塔夫艾菲尔大学的 Arnaud Can 博士和查尔姆斯理工大学的 Jens Forssén 教授围绕欧洲各国环境噪声的问题和管理经验作线上报告分享。现将具体事宜通知如下：

Professor Jian Kang
UCL Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering, The Bartlett University College London (UCL)
Professor Jian Kang obtained his first and master degree from Tsinghua University and his PhD from the University of Cambridge. He is Fellow of Royal Academy of Engineering and Member of Academia Europaea - The Academy of Europe. He has been a full professor since 2003, and worked in the field of architectural and environmental acoustics for nearly 40 years, with 80+ research projects, 800+ publications, 90+ engineering/consultancy projects, and 20+ patents. He is President of the International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration (IIAV), and he also chairs the European Acoustics Association Technical Committee for Noise, and the EU COST Action on Soundscape of European Cities and Landscapes. He is recipient of the Advanced ERC Grant Award, currently working internationally on developing Soundscape Indices
Doctor Arnaud Can
Arnaud Can is a research fellow at the UMRAE, within the Gustave Eiffel University, and associate professor at the University of Ghent. His research interests deal with the characterization of urban noise environments and the evaluation of the links between mobility and urban sound environments, relying on road traffic models at differentspatial scales. He has contributed to more than 100 articles, including 47 articles in international peer-reviewed journals (h-index scholar = 23). In recent years, his activity has been centered on ANR CENSE project (scientific coordination), ANR SYMEXPO (main coordinator), I-Site Future SONOREZE (main coordinator). He is the coordinator of the "Urban Sound Environments" axis of the CNRS research federation IRSTV (FR2488) and coorganiser of the biennial international conference Urban Sound Symposium
Professor Jens Forssén
Jens Forssén is professor at Applied Acoustics, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. His main area of research is outdoor sound propagation. The research deals mainly with physical modelling and numerical methods, but measurements are also an integral part. Among the research topics are general outdoor acoustics, i.e., effects of meteorology, terrain and ground conditions, sound propagation in urban environments, sound propagation to inner yards, road and rail traffic noise, noise barriers, statistical properties and indicators of urban acoustics and auralization of road vehicles and urban acoustics.
