尾矿管理基础知识短期课程(Fundamentals of Tailings Management)

1 引言

尾矿设施(tailings facilities)新的行业标准和监管要求促使工程师和科学家的数量以及培训的增加,从而满足改善尾矿设施的安全设计、施工操作和关闭的要求【要建全球第2高的尾矿坝?---高尾矿坝可能诱发的溃坝风险国际油砂尾矿会议2022(尾矿坝稳定性)】,为了满足这一日益增长的需求,美国三所大学联合起来成立了尾矿中心(Tailings Center),这三所大学是科罗拉多矿业学院(Colorado School of Mines)、科罗拉多州立大学(Colorado State University)和亚利桑那大学(University of Arizona)。BTW,美国其它设有采矿工程专业的大学如下:

尾矿中心已经开发了6个尾矿管理基础知识的短期课程:

(1) 尾矿工程基础知识(Fundamentals of Tailings Engineering)

(2) 尾矿库规划、选址和设计的概念(TSF Planning, Siting and Design Concepts)

(3) 尾矿库岩土工程设计、测试和监测(TSF Geotechnical Design, Instrumentation and Monitoring)

(4) 尾矿库水资源管理(TSF Water Management)

(5) 尾矿库运作和管理(TSF Operation and Governance)

(6) 尾矿库的关闭和复垦(TSF Closure and Reclamation)

2 TSF岩土工程

岩土工程几乎贯穿于整个尾矿库的生命周期,从最初的规划选址、岩土工程勘察直至最后的闭库管理,课程(3)岩土工程部分主要包括: 

(1) 设计截面的关键组成部分

(2) 有效应力和孔隙水压力监测

(3) 静态和动态载荷条件(长期排水、不排水、地震后和似静态)

(4) 静态和动态稳定性以及敏感性和变形分析

(5) TSF监督、性能监测和检查

10个尾矿坝稳定性视频:
